Two housing developments located in Spencer and Arnolds Park showcase IGL Construction’s superior building expertise. Houses in both developments have sold quickly, leaving only limited properties available for purchase.

Over the past 15 years, Kellie has been involved in various construction projects ranging from single family home construction to commercial redesign & remodels. Kellie has over 25 years of business experience, including accounting, budgeting, strategic planning and project management. She currently serves as President of Great Lakes Communication Corp. and is committed to creating opportunities for young people to be successful in Northwest Iowa. She and her husband enjoy entertaining and summer outdoor activities.

Todd KrukowTodd Krukow

Todd is the Construction Project Manager with IGL Construction and brings over 20 years of construction experience to the company. Some of his most notable projects include: construction of a 2N Data Center for Great Lakes Communication Corp., Gateway by IGL, 13 homes at Pelican Ridge in Arnolds Park, Old School Gym and Vault Condos. Todd has been a volunteer firefighter with Dickens Fire and Rescue for over 15 years and a member of the Arnolds Park & Okoboji Dive and Rescue Team for 10 years. Todd has competed in the Scott Safety Firefighter Combat Challenger throughout the country. In 2015 he earned his place in the Lion’s Den, the highest accomplishment in the competition by finishing the course in less than 100 seconds. Todd, his wife and two kids enjoy outdoor activities all year long.

Josh NelsonJosh Nelson

Josh is a passionate entrepreneur with a focus on discovering and developing new opportunities in the community. During his career, he has started several successful companies, with the largest being in the telecommunication and oil and gas industries. Josh is CEO of Great Lakes Communication Corp., one of the largest privately owned Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC). His favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur is solving unique problems and sharing with others how to avoid similar situations and generate solutions. Josh enjoys hunting with his dog and spending time at the lake with his wife and their son.
